He is a decorated Vietnam Veteran and also served in Thailand, Korea and Germany. Major Brogan provided counterintelligence services and Operations Security (OPSEC) services at a number of locations within the U.S. He is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, MD and currently resides in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
